The Diary of Elise Robinson (Part 11)

This is collaboration project with fellow simmers on the Sim forums where we each play a legacy using the same founder, Elise Robinson. If you’d like to check out the challenge or read the other Elise’s you can find them here

Dear Diary,

Lore may have found her soulmate! Her and Kyle, being my little artists, went to see the new Sinderson collection. Kyle said she noticed a guy who seemed to be more interested in staring at Lore then the paintings. I know it’s to early to tell but I’m crossing all my fingers.

Hoping and wishing,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Another of my babies is now an adult. Every time I think I can handle this but every time I’m wrong. I’m trying to convince Akira to let me build another little house so my beautiful girl will stay forever.

Looking for a contractor,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Lore is now going by Lorelei again. She’s grown into an incredible young woman. She’s beautiful, smart and so talented. Her future is so bright. I couldn’t be prouder if I tried.

Proud mama,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Jerrica spends all her free time at the gym. At first I thought there must be a boy that was part of the reason she spent so much time there. But the way she talks about the no brain meatheads, her words not mine, there I guess she really just enjoys working out that much.

Mother of a daughter who’s not easily impressed,

Elise

Dear Diary,

I should be happy that Hiram and Lorelei have been spending so much time together. But they have been so secretive lately. Every time I see them they are all smiles and giggly but the second I walk over to see what’s causing such fun they stop talking.

I don’t like secrets,

Elise

Dear Diary,

All of my children do well in school but my darling Kimber is the only straight A student in the house.  She’s so smart that her teacher asked her to tutor another classmate.  But he’s not just any student diary.  His name is Connor Queen.  He’s the captain of the football team and the most popular boy in school.  Just about any girl, including my other daughters, would give anything to spend time with him.  Kimber however could care less.

Must remind Kimber to take her head out of the books sometimes,

Elise

Dear Diary,

My sweet Jamie has been an absolute terror lately.  She’s angry all the time.  Whenever you ask her what’s wrong she just snaps back to leave her alone.  I’m hoping this is just a phase.  Please let it be a phase.

Missing the being a bear phase,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Lorelei had a date with museum guy.  I didn’t get much information from her.  Only that his name is Anas and that she had a nice time.  She’s so different then her brother who ran home to tell me about his first kiss.  She did start playing a rather lovely sounding song on her guitar when she got back from her date.  That has to be a good sign right?

Need more details,

Elise

Dear Diary,

I was right about Connor.  The second Kimber’s sisters found out who she was tutoring they insisted they have their study sessions at the house.  Jerrica talked his ear off about last weeks game to Central and Kyle shyly stared at him.  The only person who did any studying was Kimber.

All work and no play is never a good idea,

Elise

Dear Diary,

I learned what Hiram and Lorelei’s big secret was, him asking Monica to marry him!  Apparently he had no idea about engagement rings and asked his sister to help him.  He could have asked me but that doesn’t matter now because my baby boy is getting married.  Monica said yes!  I hope she likes tiny living.  Just because he’s getting married doesn’t mean I will let him leave.

Here comes the mother of the groom,

Elise

Dear Diary,

I’ve never had kids who sit around the house watching tv.  They are all always working on their skills whether it be art or something physical or keeping up with their social media.  Looks like I raised them right.

Mama didn’t raise no slackers,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Have I ever told you that Akira has the loveliest singing voice.  It’s like listening to an angel with the face of a god.  All us girls love listening to him.  Luckily I get a private show each night.

Akira’s #1 fan,

Elise

Dear Diary,

When we heard about Hiram’s engagement, Akira wanted to take him out to celebrate, just the boys.  It reminded me of those days when Hiram was a little boy and worshiped his father.  As the years went by they grew apart but that never changed the fact that that little boy still worshiped his father.  And that father couldn’t be prouder with the man his son has grown up to be.

The girl who now and always will worship them both,

Elise

Dear Diary,

I think my precious boy is perfect.  That’s because he is.  But Hiram doesn’t share my same sentiment.  He’s taking up jogging.  He’s hopping to look his best for the big day.  No word when that will be yet.

I only make perfect children,

Elise

Dear Diary,

The youngest girls have been spending many evenings at the library.  They come home with tons of homework and projects.  Since we only have one computer, and Akira is always on it for work, they suggested using the computers there.  I can’t believe what responsible kids I have.  Putting their school work above having fun and hanging out with friends.

They get it from their mother,

Elise

Dear Diary,

It’s official Lorelei has a boyfriend!  She’s been spending every minute at Anas’ place.  This includes sleepovers which her father is not happy about.  I told Akira that she’s not a little girl any more.  She’s a young woman in a serious relationship.  That’s what happens when children grow up.   I have to go check on Hiram.  I like to watch him sleep.

No I’m not a hypocrite,

Elise

Dear Diary,

I love my husband dearly.  I think he is the sexiest man alive.  But I will admit he has put on a little weight since we met.  I made a joke about it the other night and it really effected him.  A few days ago I found an empty bottle of IntsaLean in the trash and a slimmer husband.

Wife of a stone cold fox, not matter what size he is,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Remember how I said before how every girl except my Kimber wanted Connor Queen?  Well it seems that she is the one girl that he wants.   Jerrica told me all the details.   Ever since Kimber started tutoring him Connor has been secretly in love with her.  He finally worked up the nerve to tell her.  It seemed I was wrong every girl did want him, Kimber included.

Opposites do attract,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Akira quitting his job was the best thing that ever happened.  Not only is he happier and finally making some money again but he’s also has the time to repair a few items in the house desperately needing it.  All this handiness has given me a few ideas for role playing in bed.

The bored housewife in need of a sexy handy man,

Elise

Dear Diary,

I don’t understand it with the amount of time Jamie spends at the library you would think she would be better then a C student.  Something tells me she’s not doing much studying when she’s there.  Next time I will tag along to make sure.

Starting to get suspicious,

Elise
