The Diary of Elise Robinson (Part 5)

This is collaboration project with fellow simmers on the Sim forums where we each play a legacy using the same founder, Elise Robinson. If you’d like to check out the challenge or read the other Elise’s you can find them here

Dear Diary,

My Hiram is a musical prodigy or at least he will be. Right now he’s just getting the feel of the violin. He could have picked any instrument but he chose the violin. He’s so sophisticated for his age.

Mother of the next Mozart (or whoever the violinist equivalent is),

Elise

Dear Diary,

I can’t stress how important it is to teach your kids stranger danger. Today at the park Hiram was playing with his new little friend Monica when this man, yes I mean man, walks up to them and starts talking to them. I’m sorry but I’m sure that a 30 something year old doesn’t share the same interests as a bunch of kids. What was even more shocking was the kids stood there and talked to him. Don’t worry mama bear made sure to shut it down right away.

Don’t mess with this mama’s cubs,

Elise

Dear Diary,

With our new arrival coming any day now Akira and I thought we would expand the house a little. Instead of going out we went up! Akira and I of course have the room upstairs.

Moving on up,

Elise

Dear Diary,

I think my little boy may have his first admirer. I’m sure it’s the first of many for my handsome boy. Monica is practically living in our house. I can’t remember a day that I haven’t seen her around. Of course Hiram is oblivious. He’s a typical man.

Your always admirer,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Happy Birthday to my sweet Lorelei! I can’t believe my precious baby girl is turning into a full grown child. We just had a little cake for her to celebrate. Unfortunately I was in no mood for cake because at the same time my baby was growing up the baby in my belly decided it was time to make their debut. I was in labor!

Hopefully they’ll save me a piece of cake,

Elise

Dear Diary,

I never thought labor could take so long. Hiram and Lorelei seemed to just pop out. But these two were taking their time. Yes I said two! Turns out it’s twins. I can’t wait to meet the little darlings. Pray they come out soon.

Patiently waiting,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Their here! The two most beautifully precious little girls in the entire world. We’ve named them Jerrica and Kimber. But I fear we will have a hard time telling them apart since they are identical.

Doubly blessed,

Elise

Dear Diary,

I mustn’t forget to tell you how Lorelei aged up. Of course she’s stunning. She has such a cool feel to her. I’ll admit she’s a lot more cooler then I was at that age. She wants to be an artist. Imagine me having such creatively talented children!

Art lover and mama,

Elise

Dear Diary,

It’s so nice to have children who get along and like spending time with each other. I hear horror stories about siblings who constantly fight. Hiram and Lorelei adore each other. Akira and I must be doing something right.

The maker of perfect children,

Elise

Dear Diary,

My angel spoke to me today! Once again I looked awful. I’m not quite a whale but I still have a lot of baby fat which is why I was at the gym. So not only does he see me still huge but I was also massively sweaty. He asked if I was going to be long on the machine. I said no. It was like a scene out of a movie.

Star of the next big rom com,

Elise

Dear Diary,

After my last entry I worried that you may think my heart is straying from Akira. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Akira is my one true love, my soulmate. I’m more attracted to him everyday. Take the other night for instance we couldn’t even make it through a movie without being all over each other.

The girl who only loves Akira,

Elise

Dear Diary,

I’m worried that Lorelei isn’t making any friends. Hiram has Monica, the twins have each other. That leaves my sweet little Lorelei alone. She’s resorted to making one up. I hear her talking to someone when she’s in her room by herself.  I’ve heard of a pen pal service, maybe that will help.

Looking for advice,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Remember how happy I was that may kids get along so well with one another, I spoke too soon. Lorelei is not a fan of the twins. It’s probably just a little jealousy. She’ll grow out of it right?

Caught with foot in mouth,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Hiram and Monica are getting serious, as serious as kids their age can be. Hiram met her father the other night. Of course we met Monica weeks ago but there’s something different about the boy you like meeting your dad. I can imagine how nervous the girls are going to be bringing their boyfriends over to meet Akira.

Praying for those boys,

Elise

Dear Diary,

My poor Lorelei can’t seem to catch a break. First there’s the no friends thing and then being jealous of her new sisters. Now she isn’t doing so great in school. I know she’s a creative mind but how will she get anywhere in life without an education. I’m trying my best to not push her about it but I’m secretly making sure she’s keeping up with her homework.

Firm believer of staying in school,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Young love is so adorable. Not only do we see Monica everyday she’s all Hiram talks about. It seems Hiram has caught on to Monica’s feelings towards him and feels the same way. My baby has a first love!

Not sure I’m ready for this,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Diary have I ever told you what an amazing father Akira is. All the kids love him especially his girls. I can’t blame them he’s extremely lovable.

One of Akira’s girls,

Elise

Dear Diary,

Heaven help us, the twins are no longer babies! I fear them as toddlers is going to be the end of us all.

Looking for a rock to hide under,

Elise

  1. I don’t know about the Mozart equivalent but I love the violinist Lindsey Stirling. Had to put in my two cents, lol. Another great chapter as always. I really love how you write these. I wonder how far things will go with Monica? Into teens and beyond perhaps? Hopefully, poor Lorelei finds her niche. Also, that pic of Elise screaming at the guy in the park with that giant belly was so funny!

      1. Yes! That too. I use MCCC constantly to make sims leave but the game has requirements for there to be a certain number of townies or something so it either sends them back or new ones show up.
