We left off last time with Snow and Florian surrounded by their 7 kids. How lucky were they to be blessed with such a great family.
And each other.
They had passion up until the end. Yup I’m sure you can see where I’m going with this.
The time had come. Florian was being taken from this world. He had lived a great life and was surrounded by family right til the end.
Snow tried begging the Grim Reaper to not take her love. She wasn’t ready to lose him.
He however was not swayed and the deed was done. Florian was gone.
Not being able to bear living in the world without Florian and knowing her babies were all grown up and could take care of themselves. Snow decided to join him on the other side.
“I will love you forever in this world and the next”
Bella pleaded with the Grim Reaper to not take her mother too. How would they survive losing them both. Once again he refused.
Even baby Tiana felt the sadness that was overtaking this house.
Only Harry wasn’t there. He had to get home to the twins. At least he get to see them one last time.
And just like that they were gone. They made them a special place to rest underneath Snow’s Apple tree, which she had loved dearly.
Everyone was in shock. How could they both gone. Surely this was a sick joke.
Bella did her best to try and calm Tiana down.
She could barely go a few minutes without breaking down.
Her daughter would never know the amazing grandparents she had.
Not wanting to be alone Dina asked if she could sleep with Bella.
But she didn’t get much sleep that night.
It was a new day and it hadn’t been a dream. Snow and Florian were really gone. Gigi couldn’t imagine ever feeling happy again.
The girls just went through their day in a daze. There was no school or work today.
Bella tried to find joy in what she loved most, But while cooking she had a perfect view of the reminder that she’d never get to talk to her mom or hug her dad again.
I told you it was going to be a sad one.
The only comfort the girls found was with Tiana.
They spent as much time with her as they could. It helped them remember the joy they still had in their lives.
Reynaldo came over to check on Gigi. His parents had passed away when he was young so he understood what she was going through.
“They’re gone, really really gone. Does it ever stop hurting?”
Reynaldo was perfect. He knew Gigi just needed someone there, even if it meant sitting in silence. Gigi knew right then she had found the one.
The sisters really leaned on one another.
They knew it was hard now but it would get easier.
Bella knew her parents wouldn’t want them to stop living. It was Gigi’s birthday and that meant they should celebrate.
So that’s what they did. It was somber but it’s what they needed.
Gigi wasn’t the only one aging up. Tiana was becoming a kid, apparently a gymnast.
She was cute as a button.
Her grandparents would have been very proud of her.
“Tiana let me tell you the greatest love story I’ve ever known. Once upon a time…”
This was a hard one for me. I’m sorry for how sad and heavy this was but I wanted to give them a proper goodbye. I promise next time it will be much more lighter. You guys will be missed.
